Yes. SmartSync uses a subscription model — organizations subscribe only to the modules they need. You can add or remove module subscriptions as your needs evolve.

SmartSync uses Keycloak for Single Sign-On (SSO), supporting OAuth2 and JWT-based secure sessions. Each organization operates in an isolated realm with role-based access at the module and feature level.

Yes. SmartSync Point of Sale includes ZIMRA fiscalisation integrated into the sales flow — so receipts and tax reporting stay compliant. Cashiers use the mobile POS app; managers run the web-based back office for products, inventory, reports, and configuration.
Yes. Branches are first-class entities with branch-scoped data, users, inventory, and reporting. Multi-currency configuration and exchange rate management are included in platform settings.
